3. CARE AND USE OF THE STORAGE UNIT AND PREMISES: The tenant, its agents, employees, invitations and/or guests must keep the storage unit in good condition, except for appropriate wear and tear and without the owner`s explicit consent, and undertakes not to make any changes to the storage unit without the owner expressly granting it. The tenant must clean the premises around the storage unit at all times of the dirt. The tenant must not assign this rental or sublet the storage unit. The tenant may not store or use in the storage unit gasoline, explosives, flammable, food, toxic or dangerous substances. Devices, vehicles and other motorized vehicles must not leak liquid. The vehicle`s batteries must be separated during storage. The tenant is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the storage unit or premises caused by the tenant, his agents, his staff, guests and/or guests.
