12. THE UTILIZATION OF THE UNOPS EMBLEM AND NAME The individual contractor may not promote or publish his or her link to UNOPS under this Agreement or use the name, the official emblem or seal of UNOPS and/or the United Nations or an acronym for the name of UNOPS and/or the United Nations for commercial purposes or for its own benefit or personal utility without prior written authorization from UNOPS.
