The parties agree to hold harmless the responding party as well as all partners, collaborators, directors, consultants and insurers in the event of a legal basis resulting from the negligence of the party that meets all the conditions of this separation agreement. The Parties understand and approve all the provisions of such agreements. The employer will continue to offer health insurance for a period of 30 days beyond the date of this separation agreement. The separation of this provision shall in no way affect the remaining provision and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The employee represents that before or after this separation agreement, he or she will initiate or take legal action in any of the following matters. All agreements, including confidentiality, competition, confidentiality and non-debauchery agreements, remain in full force and effect. Nothing in this clause shall be construed or intend to waive or restrict the employee`s rights for the purposes of enforcing all the terms of this Separation Agreement.
